I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach, cook and current Kinesiology Student.

I believe we are all capable of monumental change

For a long time food was both my comfort and my struggle. I battled with self-esteem, boundaries, emotional eating and habits that kept me stuck.

In 2020 during the pandemic my mental health hit its lowest point and that’s when I discovered how deeply our gut and mental health are connected. Finally something that made sense! Within a few months of supporting my gut and nervous system I began to feel a real shift, not just mentally but physically too.

That experience changed everything.

It taught me that true health starts from the inside out and that when we care for our gut we support our mood, energy and overall well-being. I’ve learnt that we don’t have to accept fatigue, burnout or feeling unwell as our ‘normal’. Our bodies are always speaking to us; when we start paying attention we can support ourselves in the way we were meant to.

Now, five years on, I help others make lasting changes too; not through fads or quick fixes but through small, sustainable steps that fit into real life.
